I made this workflow to show the Crystal Recognition and Classification project, 2003. Lots of technologies in image transform, histogram analysis were involved. If interested, you could refer to my published paper: Recognition of Micro-Array Protein Crystals Images using Multi-scale Representations It was a pity that I didn't get a chance to publish the latest result on this project since I was looking for a job after graduation in 2004. This technology could be applied to many image classifing projects. |
